La Física de Métrica Torsional y el Material Base - Parte II: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Procesamiento y Potencia.
Abstract
This document represents the second phase of the technical development of systems based on Torsional Metric Physics at 6.25 nm. Following the definition of base materials in Part I, this volume details the architecture of active components for data processing and torque generation in a Non-Joule regime (zero thermal dissipation). It describes the operational principles of the Phase Effect Transistor (PET), zero-friction torsional motors, and interface systems for integration with conventional electrical infrastructures. The manual establishes safety protocols, phase-laser calibration, and Q-CERT Level II certification standards.
