Abstract

This manuscript reconstructs perception as an operatorial regime of admissibility rather than a representational capture of an external world. The core claim is technical and auditable: perception is the local admission of ordering produced by an admissibility-drive field derived from an intensity field I(x,P) and gated by the nonlinear operator δ*. “Time” is treated as a downstream chronometry extracted only where the admitted drive remains non-degenerate, while “space” is reconstructed as rhythmic admissibility: recurrence classes of continuation scaffolds detected by stable signatures rather than container coordinates. Twistor bifurcation is defined operationally as directional multiplicity of admissible continuation within a dynamic bifurcation membrane, yielding computable bifurcation sets and explicit failure modes when admissibility collapses. The biological layer is typed as modulation of thresholds, couplings, or the filter itself (including immunological operators), and Etzem is introduced as a viability selector constraining which trajectories can stabilize. The text provides audit-grade typing, a toy membrane example with reproducible diagnostics, and a minimal persistent-homology protocol to extract global scaffolds and track reorganizations under Recursio Intensitatis across progression. Applied addenda outline how the same admissibility logic can be instantiated as auditable protocols in clinical psychiatry, AI “encryption” regimes, judiciary adjudication, and platform enforcement, with pre-registered defeat conditions designed to prevent rhetorical drift and force technical critique.
