# ChinaForestSOC-DSM — Forest Soil Organic Carbon Digital Soil Mapping (DSM)# Short descriptionChinaForestSOC-DSM is an R-based reproducible pipeline for mapping forest soil organic carbon (SOC) across China using sample-based Quantile Random Forest (QRF). The repository provides scripts for: (1) forward recursive feature selection (FRFS), (2) hyperparameter tuning and model training, (3) variable importance calculation and plotting, and (4) block-wise raster prediction and mosaic.
