Abstract

This technical specification defines a domain-adapted application of execution-time evidence and deterministic acceptance mechanisms to regulated wagering, gaming, and gambling environments. The specification establishes a method for determining wager finality and authorizing regulated payouts contemporaneously with wager resolution using cryptographically bound execution-time evidence. Outcome-relevant data is captured at execution time, bound to predefined acceptance criteria, and evaluated to generate a deterministic acceptance token that serves as the authoritative basis for payout authorization.Under this framework, absence of a valid execution-time acceptance token constitutes evidentiary insufficiency and cannot be cured through reconstructed logs, probabilistic fairness models, screenshots, affidavits, or post-hoc interpretation of player intent or game state. Any deviation from token-based finality requires invocation of a constrained, auditable override workflow. The specification enables regulators, licensed operators, payment processors, and dispute authorities to evaluate wager finality and payout decisions based on objective, execution-time evidence rather than retrospective narratives. It reduces payout delays, dispute volume, and regulatory exposure while preserving controlled operator discretion through transparent, auditable exception handling. This document does not redefine evidence creation, chain-of-custody, acceptance, or reliance mechanisms, but specializes existing execution-time primitives for regulated wager finality and payout determination.
