High-resolution 3D multi-echo T2*-weighted GRE dataset
Abstract
This dataset provides test data for high-resolution 3D multi-echo T2*-weighted GRE reconstruction with navigator-based joint motion and field correction. Please download the corresponding code and demo from the GitHub repository: https://github.com/jiaen-liu/moco/tree/master Original demo uses MID00552 and MID00547. An alternative demo dataset with smaller data size is also included here, noted with MID00118 and MID00122.
