RGC Freeze4 Materials and Methods
Abstract
The Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine (CCPM) has recently completed a research freeze incorporating 119,789 individuals genotyped at 18,010,792 sites from samples whole exome sequenced at Regeneron Genetics Center. We aim to describe the methods for which this research freeze was built.
