Abstract

This canonical specification defines semantic boundary integrity as the condition under which meanings remain distinct, non-collapsed, and non-substitutable across contexts. It establishes semantic boundary integrity as a prerequisite for epistemic reliability, governance legitimacy, and pre-inference authorization. ASOSE-02 formalizes how semantic drift, category collapse, and rhetorical substitution invalidate epistemic claims and undermine auditability and accountability. The specification positions ASOSE as a semantic glassbox layer enabling inspectable meaning prior to inference. It is part of the canonical A7SEM / ASOSE / Pre-Inference Governance / JAQ framework family. No implementation instructions, operational procedures, or technical integration guidance are provided. Commercial or operational use requires a separate written license from the author.
