ISCO Technical Report: The Canned Performance and the Trap of Efficiency
Abstract
The International Studies of Cognitive Ontology (ISCO) examines the behavioral pathology of the Canned Performance in social initiation. Through the analysis of the interaction between Subject Alex and Subject Jordan, this report illuminates The Trap of Efficiency, wherein an individual systematizes their social approach to minimize energy expenditure and uncertainty. The data reveals that while such Dating Methods provide the initiator with a sense of control, they trigger the recipient's Inauthenticity Radar, leading to the Feeling of Disconnect. The report concludes that Intellectual Laziness—the unwillingness to engage in real-time adaptation—creates a Situational Awareness Blindness that renders the initiator incapable of forming a genuine bond, turning a potential dialogue into a soliloquy.
