Abstract

The International Studies of Cognitive Ontology (ISCO) provides a rigorous analysis of The Replay, a behavioral phenomenon where an individual attempts to transpose the specific success metrics of a past relationship onto a new connection. Through the case study of Subject Alex and Subject Jamie, this report delineates the Guaranteed Validation Template—a rigid behavioral script derived from Old Success. The analysis reveals that the application of this template constitutes Intellectual Laziness and results in the Perception of Role by the recipient. The findings demonstrate that relying on pre-validated actions (specific dates, stories, compliments) paradoxically signals a profound lack of specific regard, transforming a potential connection into a performative act that alienates the new partner by treating them as an interchangeable variable.
