Contemporary approaches to the black hole information paradox—including recent quantum bounce and remnant models—rely primarily on statistical correlations to explain post-collapse information recovery. These approaches implicitly treat information as a secondary artifact of matter and spacetime geometry, rather than as a causally persistent quantity. In this paper, we apply the framework of Temporal Primacy to reformulate gravitational collapse as a liminal phase transition. We introduce the Liminal Operator (L^) as a causal mapping that preserves temporal coherence across extreme metric inversion. Observer identity is modeled as a standing-wave structure, Wψ, embedded in the continuous temporal substrate T. Under this formulation, causal continuity is maintained even where statistical models predict information loss.
