The MESA Protocol: A Unified Theory of Algorithmic Selection, Holographic Geometry, and Complex Systems.
Abstract
This paper formalizes a paradigm shift from a matter first to an information first ontology. We introduce the Master Entropy Selection Algorithm (MESA), a non perturbativeframework where physical laws emerge as the optimal solutions to a universal computationalproblem. By modeling the vacuum as a Quantum Information Network (QIN) constrainedby the Landauer-Shannon-Bekenstein limits, we derive the four dimensional spacetime manifold and Standard Model gauge symmetries as survivors of a rigorous selection process. We provide analytic proofs for the stability coefficient γ ≈ 0.703 and the cosmological constant w ≈ −1.018, demonstrating that the “constants” of nature are actually fixed points ofinformation metabolic efficiency.
