Abstract

This paper presents the Fluid-Gravity Framework, a novel hydrodynamic reinterpretation of universal structure that treats spacetime as a viscous medium rather than a frictionless geometric manifold. Grounded in the theory of everything (SER) and the Law of Manifestation, the model redefines existence as a sustained circulation pattern—or "vortex"—maintained against a dissolving "solvent" or potentiality. By introducing cosmic viscosity (\eta) as a fundamental property, the framework augments Einstein’s field equations to explain complex phenomena like galactic rotation curves and black hole jets as natural consequences of viscous momentum transfer and pressure displacement. Validated against 50 universal observations spanning planetary to cosmological scales, the paper proposes a "hydrodynamic ontology" where the universe functions as an interconnected computation constantly solving for the path of least resistance.
