Abstract

This document provides the formal mathematical derivation for the 2.6 coupling factor and the Dornas Action within the Structural Information Postulate (PIE 2.6). It includes numerical validations for galactic stability, specifically contrasting the Newtonian prediction (24.05 km/s) with the observed velocity (53.37 km/s). Furthermore, it presents the specific prediction of a 5 microarcsecond angular deviation for the Sgr A black hole shadow. This work serves as a necessary technical expansion of the original postulate (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18489908).*
