Cosmic Structure Diagnostic Tool (CSDT)
Abstract
CSDT (Cosmic Structure Diagnostic Tool) is a geometry-first, model-agnosticdiagnostic tool designed to identify candidate radial transition signaturesin galaxy data. The tool operates purely on spatial (and optional kinematic) informationand does not impose any physical model, equilibrium assumption, orinterpretive framework. It is intended to function as reusable scientificinfrastructure rather than a theory-driven analysis. This release provides a minimal, self-contained reference implementationthat accepts either Cartesian tracer coordinates or sky coordinates(RA/Dec with deprojection parameters), and outputs diagnostic profilessuitable for further independent analysis. CSDT is designed for survey-era galaxy studies and for situations wherestructural signals are explored prior to, or independently of, detailedphysical modeling.
