Abstract

v4.3 introduces the Principle of Exogenous Quasi-Self-sufficiency (PEQS), which separates internally driven gravitational density from environmentally induced compression. The update identifies 32 "Pure Class I" relic galaxies in low-density environments and 93 "Exogenous Quasi-PI" systems in dense groups, refining the ISSP classification by accounting for the local cosmic field.v4.2.1: Added interactive single-galaxy classifier tool (issp_galaxy_quick.py) to the TOOLS/ folder for quick evaluation. The main processing pipeline (dapall_processing_v4.2.py) remains unchanged. This data package accompanies the article "ISSP Classifier for 10,532 SDSS MaNGA Galaxies – A Map of Self‑Sufficiency, Balance, and Dark‑Matter Dependence" (v4.2). It contains the full implementation and results of the Information Self‑Sufficiency Principle (ISSP), a systemic framework derived from the Valency‑Mass Balance (VMB) principle. The ISSP classifies galaxies into three dynamical states (Self‑Sufficient, Balanced, Dark‑Matter‑Dependent) based on the single observable parameter K = σ²/R_eff. This version applies the classifier to 10,532 galaxies from the SDSS DR17 MaNGA/FIREFLY survey, validating it against known benchmarks (NGC 1277, Dragonfly 44) and providing a statistical distribution of galactic states in a large modern sample. The package includes:• The complete classification catalog (ISSP_CLASSIFICATION_FINAL.csv).• A list of high‑priority UCMG candidates for observational follow‑up.• The main data‑processing script (Python).• High‑resolution version of the diagnostic K–μ plot.• Russian and English versions of the article (v4.2).• A ready‑to‑use pip‑installable classifier package (issp‑classifier, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18444088).The ISSP shifts the focus from "what dark matter is" to "when a system needs it", offering a reproducible tool for screening large surveys for dark‑matter anomalies.
