Pre-Registration of Lunar Laser Ranging (LLR) Null-Result Benchmarks (March 10–13 Window)
Abstract
NSGS Technical Memorandum: 2026-Q1.09 This memorandum formally pre-registers the deterministic stasis of the lunar recession rate during the upcoming Scalar Phase Transition (SPT) of March 2026. Utilizing the NSGS framework identity E=(m+gϕ)c2E=(m+gϕ)c2, we derive the damping of planetary angular momentum transfer (Tidal Torque) resulting from the 3I/4I circuit alignment. Core Verification Benchmarks: Target Window: March 10, 2026 (00:00 UTC) to March 13, 2026 (00:00 UTC). Predicted Result: A 72-hour Null Result (0.00 mm) in mean lunar distance variance (integrated Δa≈0.00Δa≈0.00 mm). Referees: Data will be verified via international LLR stations: APOLLO (Apache Point, USA) and MLRO (Grasse, France). This terrestrial grounding serves as the final binary falsification gate for the vertical component of the NSGS framework.
