ANALISIS TANTANGAN INFRASTRUKTUR DAN LITERASI DIGITAL DALAM IMPLEMENTASI TELEMEDICINE: SEBUAH STUDI LITERATUR
Abstract
Digitalization of health through telemedicine and integrated information systems is a key solution to barriers to service access. This study aims to examine the role of these technologies and identify implementation challenges using a literature review of national and international journal articles. The review results indicate that although digital technology improves efficiency and service access in remote areas, its implementation is consistently hampered by infrastructure readiness, low digital literacy, and data security issues. In conclusion, strengthening digital health systems requires a synergy between strict regulations and increased human resource capacity.
