Abstract

This paper introduces a set of economic indicators based on the Adl measurement model, a conceptual framework that evaluates economic value independently of monetary systems. The model defines a minimum human labor threshold of 4 effective working hours per day as a baseline for basic welfare. The proposed indicators focus on effective labor time as the primary unit of measurement, enabling: · quantitative assessment of economic conditions based on human effort, · comparison between regions or communities without reliance on currency or market prices, · differentiation of outcomes above the minimum welfare threshold according to skill, activity, and productivity. The indicators include both individual and aggregate measures, providing insights into productivity, real value, labor-based inflation, currency strength, and resource dependency. The framework ensures equality at minimum levels and reflects equitable differentiation of benefits above the baseline, offering a systematic, neutral, and human-centered tool for economic analysis. The philosophical questions related to justice and equity remain open for future investigation. Keywords Adl model, effective labor time, economic indicators, basic welfare, labor productivity, labor-based inflation, real currency value, resource dependency, human-centered economics
