Abstract

This paper establishes that the equivalence space associated with admissible local descriptions is finite and closed once standing preservation and admissibility are fixed. Rather than proposing new structures or constructions, the analysis proceeds by exhaustion: it shows that all admissible equivalence relations consistent with identity persistence, non-degenerate interaction, and compositional stability are already accounted for, and that no further enlargement of the equivalence space is possible without violating closure conditions. The result is classificatory. It demonstrates that attempts to extend or refine equivalence classes beyond this closed set either collapse distinctions required for standing, introduce illicit scope transport, or rely on post-selection or deferred admissibility, all of which are disallowed. As a consequence, equivalence is shown to be a bounded structural feature of admissible skins, not an open modeling degree of freedom. The paper does not introduce primitives, algorithms, or procedures. Its purpose is to mark a terminal boundary: within a standing-preserving framework, the space of admissible equivalences is exhausted and closed, and further extension is structurally inadmissible.
