Abstract

We posit that the Critical Perception Threshold (Tc) is the fundamental constant gov erning the observer-effect. It defines the exact mathematical boundary where informational chaos (H) is successfully collapsed into biological order (U). Without reaching Tc, the uni verse remains a cloud of probability; at Tc, reality begins. The Formula (U = K/H): Perception as a division problem. The Units (Cp, Se, Cu): Quantifying focus and chaos. The Constant (Tc ≈ 20): The universal boundary of "Solid" reality
