L1 Paper 1 Equivalence Completion and Forced Collapse of Charged Current
Abstract
This paper establishes that the structure associated with charged currents undergoes a forced collapse once admissibility, standing preservation, and equivalence completion are imposed. The analysis is eliminative: it shows that distinctions typically treated as independent charged-current structures are not admissible as separate degrees of freedom and must be identified under closure. Charged currents are treated as representational artifacts subject to equivalence completion rather than as primitive interaction channels. Attempts to preserve independent charged-current distinctions are shown to either duplicate enforcement, violate compositional closure, or rely on illicit scope transport across descriptive layers. The paper introduces no new primitives and provides no mechanisms or calculations. Its contribution is boundary-setting: it clarifies why charged-current structure collapses to a unique admissible form in any standing-preserving local skin, and why treating it as an adjustable or expandable sector is structurally inadmissible rather than empirically undecided.
