Abstract

Description. We formalize a geometry-first control layer in which hexagonal lattices provide distributed sensing and load sharing, while toroidal closure enforces coherence, conservation, and self-healing. The framework applies across molecular, material, biological, and infrastructural systems, replacing central control with boundary intelligence and phase continuity. Keywords. hexagonal lattice; toroidal topology; boundary-first design; phase coherence; self-healing systems; distributed control; loss minimization; emergent order
