Resonance, Modal Ordering, and Space-Phase: A Unified Interpretation of Pulsar Timing Array and LIGO Observations
Abstract
Recent observational results from pulsar timing arrays (PTAs) and the LaserInterferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) have independentlydemonstrated correlated, propagating phenomena traditionally interpreted as gravitationalwaves. In this paper, these results are reinterpreted through the Space-Phase (SP3)framework as manifestations of a resonant, conditionable physical medium operatingcontinuously and pervasively over cosmological time scale. PTA timing residuals andLIGO strain data together probe the dynamic response of space-phase across frequencybands separated by many orders of magnitude. Viewed from the perspective of objectsembedded within this medium over long timescales, resonance emerges as gradual phaselocking, yielding persistent angular modes and spatial order.
