L5 Nonlocal Conservation Coupling Under Standing
Abstract
This paper establishes a necessity result linking standing conservation to nonlocal constraint coupling within a closed admissible structure. It proves that once standing is conserved globally, admissible consistency cannot be enforced purely locally: constraints imposed at one location necessarily induce correlated restrictions elsewhere in the structure. This coupling is not a dynamical interaction, signal, or causal mechanism, but a structural consequence of closure under admissibility. Attempts to localize conservation are shown to reintroduce hidden degrees of freedom or illicit scope transport, violating standing preservation. The analysis is eliminative and non-constructive, introduces no new primitives, and provides no operational or computational procedures. The result functions as a boundary theorem, ruling out purely local conservation accounts in any closed system with conserved standing.
