L3 Constraint Saturation of the Admissible Interior
Abstract
This paper establishes that, in a closed epistemic framework, the admissible interior is fully saturated by constraints. It proves that no admissible degrees of freedom remain once closure by exhaustion is achieved: every admissible element is jointly fixed by the full constraint set. Any attempt to relax, remove, or localize constraints is shown to induce collapse via hidden parameter introduction, redundancy smuggling, or scope transport. The analysis is strictly eliminative and non-constructive, introduces no new primitives, and provides no procedural or operational guidance. The result functions as a boundary theorem, ruling out partial, modular, or selectively relaxed admissible interiors in any closed system with conserved standing.
