L3_6___Global_Consistency_Lock
Abstract
This paper establishes a global consistency result for closed admissible systems. It proves that once the admissible interior is constraint-saturated and standing is conserved, consistency is locked globally: any local admissible variation necessarily propagates to the entire structure and cannot be isolated or contained. Attempts to permit local inconsistency, deferred reconciliation, or compartmentalized exception handling are shown to induce collapse via hidden parameterization or illicit scope transport. The analysis is eliminative and non-constructive, introduces no new primitives, and provides no procedures or operational guidance. The result functions as a boundary theorem, ruling out locally consistent but globally inconsistent admissible interiors under closure.
