Abstract

This paper develops a core mechanism in the SP3 space-phase framework: the continuousand pervasive nudging of space-phase throughout the cosmos. Two coupled outcomesfollow over cosmological time. First, persistent nudging installs resonant angular modes, yielding ordered geometries across scales. Second, the same nudging producesaccumulation, wherein space-phase itself becomes progressively saturated, forminglocalized high-saturation regions. These regions align directionally, pass through a promatter state, and eventually reach full saturation, producing planets, stars, and atoms.Matter is thus interpreted as fully saturated space-phase rather than an external substanceadded to space.
