L3_3 Constraint Redundancy without Freedom
Abstract
This paper establishes that redundancy within a closed admissible system does not confer freedom. It proves that even when multiple constraints appear to encode overlapping information, their coexistence does not introduce slack, tunability, or alternative admissible configurations. Attempts to exploit apparent redundancy to regain degrees of freedom are shown to induce collapse through hidden parameterization or illicit scope transport. The argument is eliminative and non-constructive, introduces no new primitives, and provides no procedural or operational guidance. The result functions as a boundary theorem, clarifying that redundancy in a constraint-saturated admissible interior reflects overdetermination, not optionality.
