L3_1 Constraint Mutual Dependence
Abstract
This paper establishes a mutual dependence result for constraints within a closed admissible system. It proves that admissible constraints do not operate independently or hierarchically: each constraint’s admissible role is defined only in conjunction with the others. Attempts to treat constraints as separable, sequentially applicable, or independently satisfiable are shown to induce collapse via hidden parameterization or illicit scope transport. The analysis is strictly eliminative and non-constructive, introduces no new primitives, and provides no procedural or operational guidance. The result functions as a boundary theorem, fixing admissibility as a jointly determined property rather than an aggregate of independently enforceable conditions.
