L2_8 No Free Parameter Theorems
Abstract
This paper consolidates and formalizes a set of necessity results showing that no free parameters are admissible within a closed epistemic framework. It proves that any purported free parameter either collapses under admissible redescription into a fixed, non-variant role or violates standing by introducing illicit degrees of freedom, hidden scope transport, or deferred admissibility. The analysis is strictly eliminative and non-constructive: it introduces no new primitives, specifies no procedures, and provides no operational or tuning guidance. The result functions as a boundary theorem, establishing that parameter freedom is structurally incompatible with closure by exhaustion and conserved standing.
