Abstract

This paper establishes an impossibility result for scale and normalization freedom within a closed admissible framework. It proves that once admissibility is exhausted and standing is conserved, choices of scale or normalization do not correspond to admissible degrees of freedom. Any apparent variability either collapses under admissible redescription into a fixed representational role or violates standing by introducing hidden parameters or illicit scope transport. The analysis is strictly eliminative and non-constructive: it introduces no new primitives, specifies no procedures, and provides no operational guidance. The result functions as a boundary theorem, ruling out scale and normalization as sources of admissible freedom in closed systems.
