B2 Tensor Calculus Is Not a Replacement Structure
Abstract
This paper establishes an impossibility result for treating tensor calculus as a replacement or grounding structure within a closed admissible framework. It proves that tensor formalisms function only as standing-preserving redescriptions and cannot supply admissibility, legitimacy, or closure on their own. Any attempt to elevate tensor calculus to a foundational or replacement role is shown to introduce illicit scope transport, hidden parameterization, or external authority injection, collapsing standing. The analysis is strictly eliminative and non-constructive: it introduces no new primitives, specifies no procedures, and provides no operational or computational prescriptions. The result functions as a boundary theorem, ruling out tensor calculus as a substitute for closure achieved by exhaustion.
