XKF :A Minimal Formal System with Execution-First Semantics
Abstract
This document presents XKF, a minimal formal system for describing execution-firstsystems under strict separation between execution and description. In XKF, system states are generated solely through execution. Naming and statisticalstructures are defined only retrospectively over observed states or execution historiesand are not permitted to influence execution logic. The formalism introduces explicit axioms and inference rules that prohibit feedback fromnaming or statistical descriptions to execution, thereby excluding optimisation, learning, self-correction, or adaptive control within the system. XKF does not define goals, objective functions, correctness criteria, or normativeguidance. Any notion of correctness, evaluation, or validation is external to theformal system and does not modify its core axioms. This work is intended as a descriptive formal framework for analysing execution historiesand for specifying structural constraints on implementations, rather than as a designmethodology for adaptive or intelligent systems.
