Abstract

Analysis of the radio‑frequency data from the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS (detected via MeerKAT and documented in ATel 17149) reveals a non‑stochastic, quantized information structure. By applying a 21‑second temporal denominator (U = 21 s), this study resolves the reported “unprecedented” variability into a six‑stage 3I Transmission Protocol (3I‑TP). The framework accounts for the October preamble, the November bandwidth “flip,” and the December channel suppression, ultimately identifying a discrete 2,616‑bit telemetry payload. These findings suggest 3I/ATLAS functioned as an autonomous relay utilizing the Sun’s gravitational lens for a directional data uplink.
