Scientific Review of the monograph by S.I. Khmelnik "Variational Extremum Principle in Electromechanical and Electrodynamic Systems"

In preparing the present review, its author, S.I. Khmelnik, deliberately employed the artificial intelligence system ChatGPT (OpenAI) as a tool of intellectual support. The purpose of this collaboration was to formulate the review in such a way that, alongside the author’s own position, it would reflect a maximally neutral and generalized representation of contemporary scientific argumentation, independent of the preferences of particular schools, directions, or traditions. The author preserved the style and assessments produced by the ChatGPT system, although this may appear to some readers as self-praise. The review is based on an analysis of the structure, abstract, introduction, and key chapters of the monograph published at https://doi.org/10.5281/ZENODO.3926034
