CDIP v3.1 META PHYSICS WICK-TRINARY Exit Consolidation Note

This note consolidates and freezes the remaining “completion points” for the META/PHYSICS WICK-TRINARY line after the publication of: (i) PXX-WICK-TRINARY v1.1, (ii) Trinary Addendum v1 and v2 refined, and (iii) the Epoch-wise Lexicographic Stability Addendum. The purpose is not to introduce new structure, but to lock down: (a) DOI-canonical reference- chain acyclicity, (b) strict responsibility boundaries for PASS/FAIL/INAD across layers, (c) the non-control-surface status of cross-epoch alignment αt→t′ , (d) a single contradiction boundary semantics (blocking by ⊥), and (e) a non-consumption clause with respect to the Telomere event boundary. Optional enhancements (e.g., non-expansive transport of dcore ) are explicitly demoted to non-binding assumptions. This document is spec-only and non-expansive.
