Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT) v4.0: Fully Integrated Framework with Photon Sea and MATE Master Equation

This paper presents Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT) v4.0, a fully integrated framework unifying quantum mechanics, gravitation, and cosmology. The theory builds on the MUT 3.0 scalar frequency-fluid core, extends it with Photon Sea phenomenology, and employs the MATE Master Equation as a mathematical backbone.Key contributions of v4.0 include:A deterministic and falsifiable Theory of Everything spanning atomic, galactic, and cosmological scales.Analytical derivations and proofs for mass-frequency relationships, hydrogen atom resonance, universal gravitation, light bending, galactic rotation curves, quasar time dilation, and CMB cold spot.Introduction of novel constants: Awareness Constant (A, in awg) and Universal Scaling Factor (X, in mma).Explanations for black hole vortex remnants, flat rotation curves (Tully-Fisher relation), and relativistic corrections through awareness pulse dynamics.This work synthesizes previous MUT versions (v1.0–v3.0), Photon Sea theory, and MATE Master Equation, providing a comprehensive, self-consistent, and scalable framework for unifying physics from microscopic to cosmological phenomena.
