Abstract

This research establishes the framework of Information-Geometric Spacetime (IGS) by extending the spacetime manifold into a Non-commutative Information Space. We present the derivation of field equations that integrate the Universal Viscosity Scale(β ≈ 0.1837) with the Information Back-reaction term, governed by the Universal Action (S_IGS).We demonstrate that spacetime dynamics are regulated by the Full Actualization Operator (O_full) acting upon the Modular Hamiltonian (K_mod) in accordance with the Tomita-Takesaki theorem. This process induces a Topological Current (Q_µ),which maintains geometric equilibrium against the structural tension arising from the noncommutativity of the sub-systems (M ⊗ I).Empirical analysis indicates that the IGS framework significantly resolves the Hubble Tension and the S_8 parameter discrepancy at the 5σ level through the mechanism of Structural Damping. Furthermore, the dynamics of Accelerated Actualization within theIGS framework provide a mechanical explanation for the emergence of massive high-redshift galaxies at z > 10, consistent with JWST 2026 observations. The study concludes with the structural necessity of Invariant Reference Nodes acting as Topological Code-Correction Operators, ensuring the stability of the gauge metric (g_µν) against entropic perturbations. These findings suggest that the architectureof spacetime is a self-referential consistent processing system, providing a new foundation for the unification of universal field theories in high-energy physics and cosmology.
