Abstract

Abstract Hybrid powertrains face an inherent contradiction: the irreconcilable demands for performance, efficiency, and drivability. We argue this stems from the absence of a constitutional arbiter capable of resolving systemic contradictions in real time. This paper presents the Cyber Gearbox, an architecture centered on a Digital Wu Xing Processor (DWXP) [1]—a 42 4-input LUT coprocessor operating at 6 Hz (167 ms), the physiological rhythm defined by BSPP theory [2]. The system maps powertrain dynamics onto five interacting elements via the Penta-Cyclic Topological Theory (PCTT) [3], formalized as A_i = s*P_{i-1} - c*(P_{i-2})^2, with guaranteed stability for 0 < s < 0.5 ∧ 0 < c < 0.3. Systemic harmony is quantified by the Tai-State Equation: TAI = (|B|^2 + |S|^2) * R, where R = 6 s^-1 is the system regulation rate. The DWXP acts as a non-intrusive Embedded Balance Arbiter (EBA), issuing "Yellow Flag" advisories or "Red Flag" hardware overrides. We provide the complete synthesizable Verilog HDL source, synthesis results (
