Abstract

This paper shows that admissibility, while binary at the envelope boundary, induces a strict internal ordering among representations that remain admissible within a single constraint envelope. This ordering is not probabilistic, dynamical, or preference-based; it is a structural consequence of preserving standing under redescription once an envelope is fixed. The analysis demonstrates that admissible representations within an envelope are not freely interchangeable. Certain descriptions necessarily dominate others in terms of stability, reference preservation, and resistance to illicit scope expansion. Attempts to treat all internal representations as equivalent collapse either into hidden gradations of admissibility or into implicit violations of envelope constraints. The result establishes internal admissibility ordering as unavoidable and non-arbitrary, while preserving the fail-closed, binary nature of admissibility at the envelope boundary. No construction, ranking procedure, or algorithm is introduced. The paper records a necessary structural relation governing how admissible representations can coexist within a constraint envelope without standing failure.
