A Study on the Current Status of Enhancing Emotion Regulation Skills among Healthcare Workers at Hanoi Eye Hospital
Abstract
Abstract: This study employed a combination of core methods commonly used in social work research—including document analysis, questionnaire-based survey, in-depth interviews, and an experimental approach—to examine the current status of emotion regulation skills among healthcare workers at Hanoi Eye Hospital. The findings indicate that healthcare workers frequently face high levels of pressure due to work overload and stressful situations under the hospital’s current working conditions. Therefore, strengthening emotion regulation skills for healthcare workers is critically necessary. Keywords: current status; emotion regulation skills; healthcare workers; Hanoi Eye Hospital.
