CE_11___Constraint_Driven_Engines_and_the_Replication_Illusion
Abstract
This paper establishes that apparent replication of constraint-driven engines is an illusion created by confusing external behavioral similarity with internal admissible structure. Even when two systems appear to implement the same constraints, admissibility cannot be transferred, copied, or reproduced by imitation. The analysis shows that constraint-driven engines derive their standing from envelope-specific licensing, not from executable rules or surface behavior. Attempts to replicate such engines by reverse engineering, formal specification, or observational matching inevitably rely on illicit assumptions of admissibility transport. When those assumptions are removed, no coherent notion of replication remains. The result clarifies why constraint-driven systems are non-fungible and why admissibility cannot be duplicated across instances. No construction recipes, implementation details, or validation procedures are provided. The paper records an impossibility result concerning replication under enforced admissibility.
