Abstract

Leadership and self-learning skills are essential for young people to succeed academically and socially. Despite their importance, students often lack practical opportunities to develop these skills within traditional educational settings. This study examines the impact of small, focused leadership workshops on students’ abilities in planning, organization, problem-solving, and communication. It also demonstrates how effective leadership can be applied through small, practical educational projects.
