Admissible Redescription Admissibility Constraint Map Paper IV
Abstract
This paper establishes the conditions under which redescription is admissible. Redescription is shown not to be free reformulation or reinterpretation, but a tightly constrained structural operation that must preserve standing within a fixed constraint envelope. The analysis demonstrates that admissible redescription cannot introduce new degrees of freedom, alter scope, or smuggle in external structure. Attempts to treat redescription as expressive enrichment, semantic flexibility, or interpretive latitude are shown to rely on illicit scope transport or hidden parameterization. When these moves are excluded, redescription remains possible only as standing-preserving reformulation within an envelope. The result clarifies why many apparent theoretical advances collapse under admissibility review: they succeed only by changing what is being described. No transformation rules, translation schemes, or procedural criteria are introduced. The paper records the necessity that admissible redescription is strictly internal, non-creative, and constrained by the admissibility boundary.
