LEGAL NOTICE: Patent Pending. This work is an integral component of the logic filed under U.S. Provisional Patent Application #63/990,933 (Filed Feb 25, 2026). Title: Spacecraft Hull Design and Universal Scaling Constant 1.0857. White holes arise in general relativity as time-reversed solutions of black holes, yet their physical interpretation remains unsettled due to apparent violations of causality and the absence of a coherent formation mechanism. Standard treatments frame white-hole expulsion as a reversal of dynamical evolution in spacetime, implicitly retaining time as a passive parameter. In this paper, an alternative interpretation is proposed based on temporal primacy, in which time functions as a fundamental ordering constraint rather than a derived coordinate. Within this framework, white-hole–like behavior is reinterpreted not as time-reversed dynamics or superluminal motion, but as the manifestation of a temporal boundary condition enforcing causal consistency. Matter and information emerging from a white hole are not understood to possess a prior worldline within the observable spacetime manifold; instead, their appearance reflects the termination of causal extensibility beyond a temporal boundary where continued storage of causal structure is inadmissible. This produces apparent acausality without violating local relativistic constraints or permitting backward signaling. By treating white holes as outcomes of temporal enforcement rather than spacetime instability, this interpretation softens several conceptual tensions, including those associated with information paradoxes and the physical meaning of time reversal. The approach does not propose new field equations or observable superluminal effects, but offers a coherent reframing compatible with existing relativistic and quantum-theoretic limits. White holes, under temporal primacy, are thus understood as exhaust boundaries of causal ordering rather than exotic dynamical entities.
