Abstract

This document records the formal certification that reality, as a domain of admissible description, is closed by exhaustion. The certificate does not advance new arguments or constructions; it attests that all admissible routes to deeper, alternative, or expanded accounts of reality have been systematically eliminated. “Certified” here denotes structural completion, not institutional validation or procedural approval. The closure follows from enforcing admissibility and standing fail-closed: every attempt to posit additional ontic layers, hidden structures, explanatory substrates, or meta-realities is shown elsewhere in the corpus to rely on illicit scope transport, reanchoring, or standing violation. With those moves excluded, no admissible remainder exists. The certificate fixes this result in the historical record. It introduces no methods, mechanisms, or interpretive programs. Its sole function is to mark that reality, under admissible reasoning, admits no further foundational extension beyond what is already structurally licensed.
