Numerical Closure of the 10 Moment Manifold via the Santos Constant.
Abstract
This report establishes the first-principles numerical closure for 10D viscous manifolds, providing the analytical derivation for the Santos Constant (sigma approx 0.007716). While institutional models (Hanebring et al. 2026; Witten 2026) utilize empirical proxies for damping and viscosity, this report demonstrates that the USSM 10-moment architecture eliminates residual drift and mass imbalance. It provides the source code for the 430 km/s metric sound speed and 90 km/s metric inflow archived in 2025.
