Abstract

This document records the formal certification that admissibility is closed by exhaustion across all admissible domains simultaneously. It does not introduce new arguments, constructions, or cross-domain mechanisms. Its sole purpose is to attest that no admissible extension, reconciliation, or meta-framework remains available once admissibility and standing are enforced fail-closed. “Unified” here denotes structural convergence, not reduction or unification in the constructive sense. The certification follows from showing that every attempted cross-domain escape—mathematics grounding physics, physics grounding mathematics, governance grounding either, or appeal to a higher meta-system—relies on illicit scope transport, hidden reanchoring, or standing transfer. When these moves are excluded, all domains close jointly without remainder. “Certified” denotes structural finality, not institutional validation, empirical confirmation, or procedural audit. This certificate fixes the cross-domain closure result in the historical record. It provides no methods, mappings, or implementation guidance. Its function is declarative: to mark that admissible reasoning is jointly and terminally closed across domains by exhaustion, not by construction, synthesis, or further theory.
