Abstract

This paper proves conservation of admissibility under redescription: admissibility is preserved if and only if redescriptions respect standing, scope, and reference constraints. It shows that admissibility cannot be created, amplified, transferred, or recovered by rephrasing, reformulation, or representational change. Any redescription that appears to “fix” an inadmissible claim is shown, by exhaustion, to violate standing or scope invariance. The result establishes conservation as a strict invariant governing all admissible reasoning, independent of language, formalism, or substrate. No procedures, algorithms, or implementation methods are provided.
