Constraint Bundle Networks and Overlap Topology
Abstract
This paper analyzes constraint bundle networks and their overlap topology as the structural substrate of admissible reality. It shows that constraints do not operate in isolation but as inseparable bundles whose overlaps determine admissibility, standing propagation, and failure modes. The topology of these overlaps fixes which redescriptions are possible and explains why local fixes cannot resolve global inconsistencies. By exhaustion, the paper eliminates atomistic or independently tunable constraint models. No constructions, algorithms, or operational schemas are presented; the result is a structural account of how admissibility is enforced through networked constraint overlap rather than procedural control.
